Analysis of technological risks with environmental impact

Objective:

  • To identify, evaluate, optimize and monitor technological risks with potential impacts on the environment. Ensure the preparation of human resources for the aforementioned actions.

Services offered:

The implementation of technical services shown in progressive order of complexity, starting with the use of qualitative methods of analysis and / or optimization of risk and progress towards quantitative methods. The methodologies used are supported in software developed by the service providers. The programs included in the list are supported by previous testing tasks and technical services. The only codes mentioned in the list are those with distinctive capacities.

  • Preliminary Hazard Analysis. ASEC code qualitative and semi-quantitative risk analysis is used to evaluate the original state of the system with respect to environmental safety. 30-60 days.
  • Analysis of Failure Modes and Effects (FMEA). ASEC code for the qualitative evaluation of systems with respect to their impact on safety is used. It includes identification of essential initiators, frontal systems and supports. 30-100 days depending on the number of tested systems.
  • Establishment of quality control (off-line) configuration. The SECURE program is used to control the impact on technological risk outputs equipment services. It includes the analysis of dependencies between systems. 30-180 days depending on the complexity of the installation.
  • Quantitative Analysis of Technological Risk. ARCON code WIN for assessing the reliability and risk of the facility is used. 30-180 days depending on the complexity of the installation.
  • Maintenance optimization based on technological risk. MOSEG code including the deployment of quantitative methodology of reliability centered maintenance is used. 10-100 days depending on the systems to be analyzed and the initial information on historical maintenance.
  • Establishment of quantitative monitoring of technological risk. Risk Monitors are used to control the technological risk during operation of the installation, both off-line and online. The length of service depends on the complexity of the installation and monitoring mode selected.
  • Assessment of risk perception by the operating personnel. RISKPERCEP program for the preliminary diagnosis of safety culture staff is used. 30-100 days depending on amount of personnel associated with operation and the safety practices employed in the plant.
  • Implementation of a system for safety management and / or risk-based maintenance. Up to 1 year depending on the integrating character of services.
  • Advisory and consultancy (in all cases the service time is defined by the customer).
  • To achieve (Option collaborative work with the client) and / or interpret results (option turnkey) of the above technical services or the implementation of monitoring and optimization applications to different areas of the design and operation of the installation.

Education and training:

  • Designing adequate upgrading for postgraduate academic courses.
  • Training courses relate to the individual use of any of the above systems and / or derived applications (48 hours).
  • Training management system integrated risk management through the use of interactive tools declared (200 hours).

Considerations:

Once selected, a service supported by computer codes, the supplier with the customer will establish guidelines concerning: comprehensive capabilities of the tool, documentary requirements, quality assurance, system installation, training requirements, post- sale service, marketing contractual agreements, observations concerning property protection requirements, amongst others.
